At Fioure Footwear, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to inspect and package every item before dispatch. To ensure transparency, we share detailed photos and videos of your order prior to shipping. Once confirmed by the customer, the order is considered final.

3-Day Exchange Policy (Damaged or Faulty Items Only)

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
